July 17, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #24 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #19-0144 FOR FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT REPAIR PARTS Description Bid to provide 'Food Service Equipment Repair Parts' were received from three vendors on May 15, 2018. The bids of Heritage Food Service Group, Inc., as a primary vendor and Parts Town, LLC as the secondary vendor were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bids of Heritage Food Service Group, Inc., as the primary vendor and Parts Town, LLC as the secondary vendor, to provide 'Food Service Equipment Repair Parts' in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, be approved as presented.
